Friday is the day

Dr. Barclay called today to let us know he will be placing Morgan's g-tube on Friday morning. We are very happy about this as we know how much this will help and we know Dr. Barclay as he placed Kaylee's g-tube. Today was a fun day with her at the NICU. We gave her a bath were able to interact with her for over an hour as she was wide awake. What fun! She is almost up to 5lb 14 oz and for the first time, we thought she looked big today. Like a baby! Sounds funny, no? Morgan will be needing a breathing tube and anesthesia for the procedure Friday morning and is expected to stabilize by Friday evening. Wish her luck. Assuming all goes well, Morgan should be able to join us at home early next week. Guess we better get cleaning! I added a few photos and videos from today to this link.
