Progress on the House!

As you can see from this picture, there is some new progress on our house, which we are very excited about! The siding and shutters are up and the inside has been drywalled. Since this picture, they have also poured the front porch and taped and mudded the drywall. We are hoping that the first coat of paint goes on sometime this week. We are currently trying to figure out which color we want the majority of the inside of the house painted. We have narrowed it down to two Devine colors, Cream and Bamboo. They are very similar, but the Bamboo is a little darker with a more brown tone to it. We welcome all feedback regarding color choices.
The girls are doing well. Kaylee has decided that she is big enough to get dropped off in front of school with the safety patrol kids. It's a great set up, you just pull up and the safety patrol opens the door and helps the kids out of the car. They then tell you to "Have a nice day!" and then the kids go into school. Up until now, I had been walking Kaylee in, but last week she told me she was ready to go in herself. She is growing up so fast. I have started volunteering at the school. I helped last weekend with the Fall Festival. I am also a Room Mom and will start planning the Christmas Party for Kaylee's classroom. I figure it is a good way to meet the teachers and parents at school and hopefully make some new friends. Morgan is growing fast. She is talking up a storm now. I wonder where she gets that from? She has learned how and when to say "Thank you", which is very sweet. She also likes to play with my cell phone and is very good at pushing buttons. She has managed to change my ring tone and my background. Last week, she placed her first phone call. She called Grandma Didi's house and left a very nice message. She just kept saying "shoe" over and over and then she started to push buttons. I would assume she was texting! She has learned how to turn herself around in a circle while sitting on her bottom. She can also get from laying down to sitting up mostly on her own. We have been working on crawling while on the bed. She likes to roll over to her tummy and then I help her move her legs back and forth. She thinks its a game, but I consider it Physical Therapy without the crying!
Craig just went on a motorcycle ride over the weekend. He rode up to Knoxville, TN and met other Valkyrie riders. They then rode into North Carolina to ride the Tail of the Dragon which is located at Deals Gap. He had a great time even though the temperature was around 38 degrees when he started out on Saturday morning. Thank goodness for nice riding gear!
Our whole family is going on our first east coast trip this weekend. Kaylee has a few days off of school (Teacher workdays) and we are all going to drive up to Cincinnati. We will be able to visit Craig's siblings and see some friends that we haven't seen for many years. Most of them I haven't seen since I left Cincinnati back in 1997! Will try to take some pictures to post next week.
Here are some misc. pictures that should have been posted a long time ago:
