Morgan Update

Early this morning we packed Jill into the car for her weekly trip to the Doctor. She had not been out of the house in a week, she was like a bear coming out of hibernation, only smaller with less hair. The good news is that Morgan continues to grow and move lots. She is now around 5lb 11oz, big enough that she should be fine if born early. Jill has continued to grow, though it is mostly due to all that excess fluid she is carrying. We think Morgan will be a fantastic swimmer, as she has had months to practice! Here are a few of the ultrasound picts.

The 4-D picture below is a bit blurry as she just would not stop moving!

Try Something New

Well, now that we are almost a full month into the new year, it is time to honor one of my resolutions. I am going to try something new and you guessed it, this blog thing qualifies as something new. I hope to keep it updated more frequently than my old website, we'll see.

Well, if you are reading this blog, you likely know that we are expecting kid 2.0 any time now. Jill has been on bed rest for the last couple weeks with hopes of preventing pre-term labor, a possible side effect of Polyhydramnios , or excess amniotic fluid. Kid 2.0 is certainly more active than Kaylee was, so hopefully this is a good sign.

Kaylee is her usual self, singing and dancing her way through every day. She got a digital camera for Christmas from her Grammy and Grampy, which she uses ALL the time. I have finally been able to post some of her work here. Though there looks to be some error on the page. I need these kids to grow up fast so they can teach me all about this interweb!
